Job Description

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in assisted living facilities in Hyannis, MA, and surrounding areas.

• Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and annual wellness exams five days a week.
• Examine patients, review records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose, and treat health conditions.
• Prescribe medications, educate patients and families, and promote health practices.
• Maintain accurate records, oversee overall patient health, and stay updated through research.
