**Join Our Team as an RN: Infection Control Preventionist & Employee Health Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Are you passionate about infection control and employee health? - Join us in a vital role where you will ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and patients in a dynamic behavioral health setting! **Position Details:** - Role: Infection Control Preventionist and Employee Health Nurse - Specialty: Behavioral Health - Shift: Days (7-3 or 8-4) - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 - Weekend Hours: None - Call Requirements: None **Required Certifications:** - APIC preferred - BLS - HWC **Experience Needed:** - Minimum 1 year of nursing experience **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds: 120 - Patient Population: Geriatric, adult, child, adolescent, and state contracted—all psych - Supervisor: Caitlin Dunn, CNO **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - Organization and infection control - Joint commission knowledge **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** - APIC certification - Infection control expertise - Joint commission readiness - DMH standards familiarity **Personality Fit:** - Self-directed - Professional **Required Education:** - Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in MA **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Royal blue - Unacceptable Attire: Casual wear, other facility branded attire **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
