Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with our clients’ needs, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
- Document all activities, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and ensuring timely submission of reports.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools and participate actively in the clinical team's processes to evaluate patient welfare effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored for each individual.
- Engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest quality of care.
- Act as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate holistic support networks for our clients.
- Maintain effective communication across all channels to meet contractual and regulatory obligations while promoting the organization’s mission.
- Build and nurture relationships with local and state agencies, identifying potential partnerships and funding opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Engage in continuous professional development by attending conferences, representing the agency in community discussions, and participating in statewide initiatives relevant to mental health.
- Promote the agency's values and integrate them into everyday practices, ensuring a culture focused on recovery and wellness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall functioning of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
