Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient

Location: Falmouth, Massachusetts

Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for an outpatient setting treating adult and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, provide therapy services, document patient progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and establish measurable treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform diagnostic testing and assess patient functional abilities.
• Provide occupational therapy treatments and interventions.
• Fabricate adaptive equipment and splints as needed.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and guide therapy assistants, aides, and students.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental programs.
• Maintain therapy equipment and supply inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Occupational Therapist License in Massachusetts.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience with adult and pediatric populations preferred.
