Job DescriptionPosition Summary

• Location: Lincolnton, NC
• Specialization: Hematology/Oncology
• Coverage Period: December 7, 2026 – April 2, 2027
• Work Schedule: 3 days a week, Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• On-Call Requirements: None
• Travel: All travel expenses will be covered according to client policies
• Start Date:
  • December 7, 2026 - April 2, 2027
  • Credentialing process takes approximately 60 days
• Work Environment:
  • Outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic
  • Focus on benign hematology patients
  • Occasional cases involving malignant oncology
  • Support from a team of 3 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs)
• Patient Load:
  • Approximately 12-15 patients daily
  • Includes established follow-ups and new consultations for benign hematology
  • Maximum daily patient template of around 16
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Management of outpatient hematology and oncology cases
  • Primarily conducting consultations and follow-ups for benign hematology
  • Handling occasional malignant oncology cases
  • No procedures required
  • No after-hours or weekend responsibilities
• Client Expectations:
  • Must be Board Certified
  • Possess an active medical license in North Carolina or be eligible under IMLC
• Electronic Medical Records: Epic
• Our organization can assist with travel logistics and credentialing, and will provide malpractice coverage.
