\n Position Summary:
\n Join the **38-bed multi-specialty ICU** at Boston Medical Center – South, providing high-quality, patient-centered critical care in a collaborative environment.
\n Requirements**
\n * 2+ years of RN ICU experience
\n * MA RN License
\n * BLS & ACLS
\n * Telemetry experience required
\n * Must independently read/interpret telemetry strips
\n * Telemetry test on Day 1
\n * Diploma, ASN, or BSN
\n * Strong communication and computer skills
\n Responsibilities:
\n * Provide comprehensive ICU nursing care
\n * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
\n * Monitor and interpret telemetry
\n * Coordinate care with the healthcare team
\n * Document patient care accurately
\n * Educate patients and families
\n * Support quality improvement initiatives
\n
