Key Responsibilities\n

- Manage a caseload of clients, establishing trustful and professional relationships while upholding therapeutic boundaries.
- Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, plan future appointments, and determine discharge timelines when suitable.
- Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress through our electronic health record system.
- Perform thorough intake assessments to understand the needs and history of new clients.
- Engage in individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Participate in individual and/or group supervision to enhance professional growth and clinical skills.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

- A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
