**Exciting Opportunity for Evening Shift Float Psych RN!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\nJoin a dynamic team dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate mental health care! We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our Evening shift (3p-11:30p) to provide exceptional patient care in our innovative behavioral health facility.\n\n**Responsibilities:**\n\n- Deliver direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.\n- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment as a core part of the healthcare team.\n- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to create, implement, and document patient-centered treatment plans.\n- Help develop and implement appropriate goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.\n\n**Qualifications:**\n\n- **Education:** RN license in the State of Massachusetts required; BSN preferred.\n \n- **Experience:**\n - Minimum of one year of adult and adolescent inpatient psychiatric experience required.\n - Previous psychiatric/substance inpatient experience preferred.\n - CPR certification required.\n - Experience in restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention preferred.\n\n- **Skills:**\n - Strong critical thinking skills for decision-making and problem-solving.\n - Advanced knowledge of Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse treatment modalities.\n - Ability to apply nursing processes using a Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care.\n - Effective oral and written communication skills.\n - Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records and basic typing and computer skills.\n - Crisis management, time management, delegating, coaching, and team-building abilities.\n - Flexibility and creativity to manage stressful situations calmly and professionally.\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):**\n\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
