Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records by utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for ongoing documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care and develop integrated treatment plans.
- Engage in professional development through regular training and workshops, staying updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring safe and appropriate care is delivered promptly.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering a supportive environment for clients to share experiences and develop coping strategies together.

Compensation and Benefits\n
