Agawam South Rehab &amp; Nursing is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to support recreational programming in our skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on engaging residents and enhancing their daily experience.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist with planning and leading daily activities</li>
<li>Encourage resident participation and engagement</li>
<li>Set up and clean up activity areas</li>
<li>Document attendance and participation</li>
<li>Work with staff to support resident well-being</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience with elderly or patient populations preferred</li>
<li>Team-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude</li>
</ul>
Pay &amp; Benefits
