At KLC, we’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities that keep our operations running smoothly
Your mission:
In this role, you’ll ensure equipment reliability, guide a skilled team, and foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement:
- Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and installations for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Manage parts procurement, inventory control, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support operational performance through equipment reliability and downtime reduction.
- Foster employee development through training, coaching, and cross-training.
- Other related tasks

What we’re looking for :
- Industrial electrical and mechanical experience (up to 480V, VFDs, pneumatics, PLCs an asset)
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills in a production environment
- Ability to read technical drawings and apply solutions independently
- Leadership and communication skills to guide and develop a maintenance team
