Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments are appropriately tailored to meet individual needs.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards to maintain compliance and facilitate effective treatment.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools, as guided by the clinical team, to ensure the highest standards of care and effective treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and programs within the clinic to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to specific client scenarios.
- Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic's credibility and operational excellence.
- Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery and resource accessibility for clients.
- Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with all stakeholders, promoting the mission of Pavilion Counseling Services in the community.
- Develop partnerships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to enhance program visibility and secure potential alliances and funding sources.
- Pursue ongoing professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and representing the agency at relevant events.
- Uphold and integrate agency values and philosophy in all aspects of service delivery, fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the smooth operation and mission of the team.
