Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapy license in New Hampshire
Previous experience working as a school-based OT preferred
Understanding of IEP processes and documentation
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to adapt to various student needs and educational settings
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

Provide direct OT services to students as outlined in their IEPs or 504 plans
Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
Develop and implement individualized interventions to promote student independence
Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers
Document therapy sessions and maintain thorough records
Travel between assigned schools and efficiently manage a flexible caseload
Assist with staff training and support classroom strategies as needed
