Due to our continuous expansion, we're seeking talented individuals to strengthen our team. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager II at our new Stoughton, MA facility.

Job Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for driving projects through the entire Amphenol Alden product development life cycle, from the receipt of the customer PO through the shipment of the product. The Project Manager will need to negotiate with department heads on resources and closing out project deliverables. The project manager will also ensure that all milestones are met and make certain that any issues or concerns that would cause project delays are communicated to all stakeholders.

Functions:

  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with Amphenol Alden's procedures.
  • Run internal and external project meetings.
  • Travel to customer sites as well as production facilities may be required.
  • Work through project conflict to find acceptable resolution.
  • Report on project status to leadership team.
  • Create detailed project plans and drive projects to completion.
  • Interact with all departments to close out activities and deliverables per the project plan.

Skills/Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management and managing multiple projects in fast paced environment.
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organization skills.
  • Efficient with Microsoft tools; MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Desired Skills:

  • SolidWorks experience.
  • Experience navigating through an ERP system.
  • Experience in launching medical devices, ISO 13485 & 9001.
  • Project Management Certification (such as PMP).
