- Shift: Days, Monday–Friday
- Schedule: 5x8s (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- On-Call: Every Other Weekend & Holiday for the Entire OB Department (Including L&D)
- No Additional Pay for On-Call Hours

Pay Breakdown:

(For 40 Hours/Week)

- W2 (Taxable): $49/hr
- Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $1840/week
- Gross Weekly Pay: $3800/week

Requirements:
\n
- \n
- Minimum 5 Years of Obstetrical Nursing Experience
- Previous Manager Experience Required
- Demonstrated Leadership Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
- Current Massachusetts RN License Required
- BLS, ACLS & NRP Required
- Inpatient OB Certification Strongly Preferred
- Previous Supervisory Experience Preferred
- Kronos Experience Highly Preferred
