Night Shift Nurse RN LPN

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support to residents under the supervision of the Charge Nurse and/or Physician

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician and as part of our comprehensive care plan

• Monitor and record patient vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant health information

• Perform various medical procedures, including wound care, catheter care, and IV medication administration

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Massachusetts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric care and rehabilitation techniques

• Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
