Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and families. Major responsibilities include:

- Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, utilizing both individual and joint approaches to address relational dynamics.
- Providing support for a range of issues, including, but not limited to:

- Grief and loss
- Family conflicts and communication challenges
- Job-related stress and medical issues
- Transitional adjustments such as separation and divorce
- Challenges faced by blended families
- Utilizing telemedicine solutions for client consultations and maintaining accurate health records.
- Engaging collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
