Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

An opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to provide comprehensive support to elementary students during the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time contract position is based onsite in Boston, MA, at a K-12 school serving an elementary caseload. The role includes key leadership responsibilities as the Team Chair, facilitating and running meetings to ensure collaborative approaches to student wellbeing and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to address students academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Serve as the Team Chair, organizing and leading team meetings to coordinate student services
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to support student development
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with relevant policies and regulations
  • Provide onsite support without vocational responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with elementary students in a school setting
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage team dynamics and meetings
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
  • Excellent communication skills with students, families, and school staff
