Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited university
  • Current and valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs will also be considered
  • Prior school-based SLP experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
  • Exceptional communication skills, both with students and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to documentation and compliance requirements
  • Compassionate, flexible, and motivated to support diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including direct therapy sessions, in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
  • Provide consultative services and strategies to classroom teachers
  • Monitor, document, and report student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
