Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited university
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs will also be considered
- Prior school-based SLP experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Exceptional communication skills, both with students and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to documentation and compliance requirements
- Compassionate, flexible, and motivated to support diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including direct therapy sessions, in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
- Provide consultative services and strategies to classroom teachers
- Monitor, document, and report student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
