Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' backgrounds and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery.

  • Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care strategies for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing trauma-related disorders, who often face challenges related to PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your role will involve understanding the unique needs and experiences of these individuals, tailoring interventions to support their healing and personal growth. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
