Physical Therapist – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Ludlow, MA
Organization: New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS), a Division of Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance

Join our team at New England Orthopedic Surgeons, a region-leading, physician-owned orthopedic practice headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts. We’re seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to our post-operative and non-operative orthopedic patients, at our Ludlow office.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct care to patients in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs

• Modify goals and treatment plans as needed based on patient progress

• Coordinate care efficiently, often managing two patients simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards

• Perform necessary non-direct care tasks to support the rehabilitation process

What We’re Looking For

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required)

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday

• 8-hour shifts

• On-site role

Compensation

Salary is based on experience, with a range of $75,000 – $110,000 annually.
