SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for caring and reliable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our team in Dedham, MA. We have urgent openings for caregivers who are passionate about helping others and providing quality care that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Report changes in clients' health or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in clients' homes

• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
