Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN

$35–$38/hour | PRN
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a flexible PRN opportunity in Sharon, MA. Join a collaborative rehabilitation setting where you can help residents strengthen everyday skills and maintain greater independence.
What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed OT
- Assist with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
- Follow individualized treatment programs established by the supervising therapist
- Monitor resident response and communicate progress to the clinical team
- Reinforce adaptive techniques and safety strategies
- Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation
- Collaborate with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts COTA license required
