Job Title: Cardiology Diagnostic Technician
Location: Hyannis, MA 02601
Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Type: Contract – Full-time

Schedule:

Full-time: 40 hours/week
Shifts: Rotating – Days (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM), Evenings (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM), Weekends & Holidays
Travel Rate: $1,337.50/week

Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Cardiology Diagnostic Technician to join a dedicated team in Hyannis, MA. This evening shift opportunity involves specimen collection, performing EKGs, Holter monitors, stress tests, and supporting patient care in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood and other specimens, accurately identify patients, and transport samples to the lab.
Perform non-invasive cardiac testing, including EKGs, Holter Monitors, and Stress Tests according to protocols.
Document procedures in hospital systems, review test requests, and communicate order changes.
Train staff and students, manage inventory and PPE, and troubleshoot collection issues.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace while providing excellent patient and staff service.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Completion of a Medical Terminology course or equivalent knowledge.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Eligible for PBT (ASCP) Certification.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; able to work independently under pressure.
Preferred: Experience in an acute care hospital setting.
