Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

Join our team as a BCBA! You'll develop and implement behavior plans, conduct assessments, and train school staff. Your expertise in ABA will directly impact student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and monitor individualized behavior plans.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).

  • Train and support teachers and staff.

  • Collaborate with families and school personnel.

  • Participate in IEP meetings.

  • Maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

  • School-based experience preferred.

  • Strong ABA knowledge and data analysis skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
