Minimum Requirements:

- Allied Health License for MA or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: Active license as a PT in the applicable State of work
- Equipment/Procedures: Skilled Nursing Facility, Electronic Medical Record
- Experience: Previous skilled nursing experience required
- Local Restrictions: Local only
