Work Environment\n

The outpatient facility operates in a collaborative and supportive remote setting, where you will work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate our patients' schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of patients and establish individualized treatment strategies.

  • Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to facilitate positive change.

  • Lead psychoeducational and support groups that provide a platform for patients to share experiences and foster a sense of community.

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure cohesive treatment plans and coordinate care.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical considerations.

  • Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development seminars to stay current in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

  • Must possess a current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
