Franklin County Rehab is seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our skilled nursing team.
We provide a warm, supportive environment where our staff can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while growing personally and professionally. We are looking for dedicated caregivers who take pride in providing high-quality, compassionate care.
Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification is required.
Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.

Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs.

Support residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and other care needs as assigned.

Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.

Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.

Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.

Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.

Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Demonstrate teamwork, compassion, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.
Qualifications

Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required.

Compassionate and enthusiastic approach to resident care.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Dependable, responsible, and committed to providing excellent resident care.

Ability to work assigned shifts and schedules.

Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
