Registered Nurse – Job Summary\n\nThe Registered Nurse provides patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN coordinates care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient outcomes. This role reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and follows established clinical and organizational policies.\n\nRequirements:\n\nGraduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)\n\nActive Massachusetts RN license\n\nAHA BLS certification required\n\nAHA ACLS certification required\n\nStrong technical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills\n\nFloating:\nIf floated outside the primary unit, the RN will function as support only (e.g., vitals, IV placement, answering phones) and will not take a patient assignment.
