- Perform nightly financial audits, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing accurate end-of-day reports.
- Verify and balance daily charges, room postings, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in processing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and maintain updated guest information.
- Monitor and respond to guest requests, concerns, or emergencies throughout the night, providing solutions or escalating as necessary.
- Maintain the security of the hotel premises and uphold data confidentiality standards.
- Prepare and distribute daily management reports to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and continued high-quality service.

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry, preferably in a night auditing or front desk role.
