Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll be engaged with a small caseload of 3-5 students, focusing specifically on those with intellectual disabilities and requiring thoughtful behavior support. Your expertise will directly impact individualized success and help create an inclusive, positive classroom experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid New Hampshire Special Education licensure required
- Previous experience working with students exhibiting intellectual disabilities preferred
- Strong background in developing behavior support strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to fostering a supportive, adaptable classroom environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to unique student needs
- Coordinate targeted academic and behavioral interventions
- Work closely with support staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Consistently track, document, and adjust instructional strategies to maximize student growth
- Promote an inclusive atmosphere supporting emotional, social, and educational development
