Work Environment\n
This position is remote, providing flexibility to engage with clients in an outpatient setting from the comfort of your home or designated workspace. Our team members enjoy a collaborative and supportive environment where open communication and shared learning are highly encouraged. You will work primarily Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends depending on client needs and practice demands.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, ensuring the techniques align with specific client goals.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate ongoing care, participating in case conferences and supervision meetings to discuss client progress and approaches.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
