🕒 Schedule: Full-Time (open availability required) and Part-Time (evening and weekend availability) opportunities available

What You'll Do
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and cannabis education
- Coach and mentor team members on sales, upselling, customer engagement, and product knowledge
- Support onboarding, training, and new product launches
- Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, including opening/closing procedures and operational oversight
- Help drive sales performance by reinforcing goals, promotions, and key business metrics
- Assist customers with personalized product recommendations and purchasing decisions
- Resolve customer concerns and create lasting customer loyalty
- Process transactions accurately and maintain compliance with state regulations
- Support merchandising, inventory, and overall store operations
What We're Looking For
- 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience
- Proven ability to influence sales results and lead by example
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience coaching and developing retail teams
- Cannabis industry experience
