We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team and provide comprehensive care in a facility in Holyoke, MA. As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) you will be responsible for daily rounding, assessing and treating patients, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive daily rounds with a physician on assigned patients
  
• Educate and empower patients and their families about their health care needs.
  
• Document care comprehensively and accurately.
  

Nurse Practitioner (NP) Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited university.
  
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
