Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary: $280,000 - $325,000 commensurate with experience and shift structure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient medicalcare as part of a 7-on / 7-off rotation, supporting a balanced work-lifeschedule.
• Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments,daily rounds, admissions, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate andorganized clinical documentation using the Cerner EMR system.
• Participate in initiativesthat enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and team satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM).
• Valid Massachusetts medicallicense (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong clinical anddiagnostic skills with a commitment to evidence-based medicine.
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
• Ability to excel in afast-paced, collaborative hospital environment.
