Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy licensure (MA OT)
- Experience in school settings, home health care, or broader healthcare environments as an Occupational Therapist
- Ability to effectively manage and adapt to the varied needs of K-12 students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Position Details:
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 30 hours weekly
- Contract runs from immediate start through November 30, 2026
- Work with a caseload of 20-28 students across all grade levels
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ occupational therapy needs and create targeted treatment plans
- Deliver therapy interventions in individual or group settings
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals
- Document progress and adjust strategies to ensure student growth and success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and accommodations
