Case Management RN / Social Worker – Travel Contract
Unit: Case Management
Coverage: ER, ICU & Med Surg Units
Position: Case Management RN or Social Worker
Contract: 13 Weeks | 40 Hrs/Week
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Weekend: Every 4th Weekend
On-Call: No
Position Details
- Provide hospital case management and discharge planning support for ER, ICU, and Med Surg units.
- Utilization Management is not included in this role.
- 3+ years of hospital Case Manager experience preferred.
- RN or Social Worker background accepted.
- Case Management Certification preferred but not required.
