💼 **Full-Time Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg – Night Shift**
\n 📍 **Location:** St Johnsbury, Vermont
\n 🕒 **Shift:** Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
\n 📅 **Schedule:** 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend
\n 📆 **Duration:** Permanent Full-Time Opportunity
\n Join a dedicated healthcare team providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to adult patients, with occasional pediatric patient assignments. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional patient-centered care while utilizing strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
\n ### Responsibilities:
\n ✅ Coordinate and provide direct patient care for medical and surgical patients
\n ✅ Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
\n ✅ Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
\n ✅ Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
\n ✅ Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
\n ✅ Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
\n ✅ Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge needs
\n ### Requirements:
\n ✔ Active RN License (Vermont or Compact License)
\n ✔ Minimum 3 years of Acute Care Med/Surg experience
\n ✔ BLS Certification (AHA)
\n ✔ ACLS Certification
\n ✔ Previous Meditech experience preferred
\n ✔ Strong communication and patient care skills
\n ### Compensation:
\n 💰 **Annual Salary:** $70,000 – $104,000
