Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, setting the foundation for tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions with clients across various age groups, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustments to life transitions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, regularly evaluating client progress and making necessary adjustments.
- Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, and coordinating necessary safety plans.
- Educate clients and their families about coping strategies, mental health conditions, and available resources that can enhance their treatment outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, in adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.

Qualifications\n

- Minimum of three years of direct mental health counseling experience in an outpatient setting.
