Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate an individual’s mental health and substance abuse needs, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based methodologies.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, continuously reviewing progress with clients.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adopting appropriate therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to devise holistic treatment strategies.
- Participate actively in case reviews and treatment planning meetings, providing insights based on clinical assessments and evidence-based outcomes.
- Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis management protocols.
- Stay informed on current trends, research, and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment, and apply this knowledge to improve client care.

Qualifications\n
