RRT – NICU | Boston, MA

\n

Start Date: 08/10/26

\n

Shift: 36 Hours/Week – Rotating or Nights

\n

Must Have Requirements:

\n

\n
• Minimum 3 years of NICU Respiratory Therapy experience

\n

• Some Pediatric RT experience accepted, but NICU experience is required

\n

• RRT credential required

\n

• NRP and AHA CPR/BLS required

\n

• Delivery Room experience preferred

\n

• Experience in Level II & Level III NICU/Special Care Nursery

\n

• Must be proficient in:\n
  \n
  • Artificial airway management

  \n

  • Mechanical ventilation

  \n

  • Aerosolized medication administration

  \n

  • Oxygen therapy

  \n

\n

• High School Diploma or GED required

\n

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team

\n

\n

Schedule Requirements:

\n

\n
• Every 3rd weekend required

\n

• Rotating schedule or permanent nights
