Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' histories, symptoms, and treatment needs, tailoring approaches to each individual's unique experiences.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery, resilience, and coping strategies.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.
- Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as group therapy, fostering a supportive community atmosphere for patients to process their trauma experiences.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and additional multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for every patient.
- Respond to crisis situations by delivering immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
- Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources, empowering them through knowledge and understanding.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation consistent with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education programs, focusing on trauma-informed care practices to enhance therapeutic efficacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
