Work Environment\n

This position is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to work primarily from home while remaining integrated within our supportive outpatient team. Regular team meetings take place via video conferencing, allowing for continuous collaboration and professional connection. You will maintain a structured work schedule, operating from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, which supports a healthy work-life balance while allowing you to focus on the well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

You will primarily serve senior clients, many of whom are navigating complex emotional landscapes due to health decline, loss of loved ones, or transitions in living situations. Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
