Our organization is looking for a dedicated RN or LPN to join our team for the 7 AM shift within our continuing care retirement community. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering direct nursing care and administering medications to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess the health conditions of residents.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for residents in independent living, assisted living, and nursing care.
- Educate residents and their families about care plans and health management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Promote a safe, dignified, and comfortable environment for all residents.
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
