Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct detailed assessments to fully understand a client’s mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and actionable treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions focusing on the specific challenges and goals presented by clients.
- Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, which includes documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate holistic care for clients.
- Educate clients and families regarding mental health topics, treatment approaches, and available community resources, acting as an advocate for their needs whenever necessary.

Qualifications\n

- Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a relevant mental health field.

- A minimum of two years of related professional experience in mental health counseling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that promote a trusting, supportive client-therapist relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n
