Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct detailed assessments to fully understand a client’s mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and actionable treatment plans.

  • Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions focusing on the specific challenges and goals presented by clients.

  • Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective support.

  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, which includes documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.

  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate holistic care for clients.

  • Educate clients and families regarding mental health topics, treatment approaches, and available community resources, acting as an advocate for their needs whenever necessary.

  • Engage in ongoing training and development to remain updated with best practices in mental health counseling, enhancing your skills and augmenting our clinic's services.

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of client needs, including individuals, couples, families, and groups who are seeking support for various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

  • Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a relevant mental health field.

  • Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

  • A minimum of two years of related professional experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
