Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian for a 13-week contract opportunity in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Assess patient nutritional status utilizing medical records and established nutritional standards
- Counsel patients and families on nutrition-related concerns and develop individualized care plans
- Identify patients at nutritional risk and document recommendations
- Participate in physician rounds, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary care conferences
- Assist with development of department policies, procedures, patient education materials, and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide nutrition education to patients, staff, and community groups

Requirements\n

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited nutrition program (if credentialed before 2024) OR
- Master's Degree from an accredited nutrition program (required for 2024 graduates and later)
- Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred
- Current New Hampshire Dietitian License required
- Current Registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Additional state licensure may be required for telehealth services
