2+ years of Critical Care RN experience required. Must have an active Massachusetts RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Completion of CCHC Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams is required. Candidates should have strong critical care skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, and experience with computerized charting systems. Must be willing to float to Med/Surg Tele units based on operational needs and low census. Charge nurse experience is a plus. Preferred qualifications include BSN, CCRN, TCAR, De-escalation certification, and experience with hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and intracranial pressure monitoring.
