Retail Sales & Store Manager St. Cyr Pool & Spa (North Hampton)

Full Time | $55,000$70,000/year (Base + Bonuses)
Location: North Hampton, NH

Were expanding our North Hampton location into a full-service pool and spa retail store, and we need someone who can run it like they own it.

Were hiring a Retail Sales & Store Manager who knows how to move product, close sales, and run a clean, organized, customer-first operation. Youll be responsible for everything from helping homeowners find the right chemicals to selling high-end hot tubs and swim spas.

This isnt a corporate job with layers of middle management. This is a leadership role in a family-owned, third-generation businessbuilt on hustle, pride, and trust.

What You'll Do:

• Run the day-to-day operations of the North Hampton retail store
• Sell and upsell hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, and water care packages
• Assist pool and spa customers with water testing and product recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised showroom
• Receive and stock inventory (pool chemicals, spa parts, accessories)
• Train seasonal or part-time retail staff during the busy season
• Follow up with leads and manage appointments via our CRM
• Execute company marketing events and local marketing engagements

Who You Are:

• Youve worked in retail management or pool/spa supply sales before (even better if youve done both)
• Youre comfortable selling big-ticket items and know how to follow up and close
• Youre hands-onif theres stocking, organizing, or sweeping to do, youre on it
• Youre reliable, professional, and take pride in running a clean, tight operation
• You have a good sense of marketing and growth strategy
• You want a long-term opportunity where your results actually matter

Compensation & Schedule:

• Base Salary: $52,000$58,000 depending on experience
• Monthly Bonus Plan and commissions on big ticket sales
• Full-time, includes weekends
• Health and benefits eligible after 90 days
• Seasonal flexibility with retail hours (more in summer, less in winter)
