Key Qualifications:
- Current and active BCBA credential with licensure to practice in New Hampshire
- Strong background in delivering behavioral analysis services to K-12 students
- Direct experience working with individuals with selective mutism
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing documentation and participating in team meetings
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with education teams, families, and students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver approximately six hours per week of direct services to students, tailored to their behavioral and communicative needs
- Allocate an additional two hours weekly for documentation, data analysis, strategy development, and collaborative meetings
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans
- Provide consultation and training for staff to support ongoing implementation of strategies
- Ensure detailed, timely records and progress reports in accordance with school district standards
