Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity.
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients and their families.

Qualifications
\n

- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred or required by facility)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic healthcare environment
